Abstract Subject of submitted article is an analysis of moving objects in acquired video sequence. Region of interest is kinetics of Ciliated Respiration Epithelium. This analysis is very important for evaluation of medical diagnostics. The article describes image acquisition, preprocessing and determination of the ciliary’s moving. Subject of interest is frequency and trajectory of cilia. Results were acquired using of LabVIEW development modules, by basic and sophisticated background tools. The practical results of this article are applications for data reduction, image enhancement and application for recording trajectory and angle rotation of the region of interest.
