Title Research Note on Consumer’s Behavior: Case of Airline Electronic Ticketing

Abstract This note is a short review of a study [1] in airline consumer’s behavior, which tries to cover two areas of knowledge, electronic ticketing from information technology studies and consumer behavior from management studies. The paper starts with a short background and research problem statement, and then continues with research questions and objectives of the study. Finally, six variables is introduced as the research findings; which according to the gathered date, these variables have the greatest contribution to explaining the airline consumer’s behavior.
