Title The VDS based Compressed Sensing for abdomen MRI
Authors Qian, Xiaoming; Wei, Ling
Abstract Compressed sensing is a hot topic in the field of signal processing. Meanwhile, Magnetic resonance imaging is a long-time procedure which causes inconveniency for both hospital and patients. In this paper we proposed an improved CS method based on variable density sampling, and applied it to MRI acquisition. The experiment shows the variable density sampling restores better than traditional random sampling method on a 256x256 abdomen magnetic resonance image at acceleration factor as 4.
