Title On An Interesting Double Integral Involving Hypergeometric Function
Authors Pandey, Ujjwal
Abstract The aim of this short research note is to provide an interesting double integral involving Gauss’s hypergeometric function 2F1. The result is derived with the help of an interesting double integral given in the well known book of Edward. A few very interesting special cases have been obtained in terms of ratio of the products of gamma functions which are also useful from the point of view of applications. It is not out of place to mention here that the further applications of results given in this paper are under investigations and will be published soon.
