| Abstract | Using EMD signal decomposition method to decompose the data of material test and comparing the difference of Hilbert spectrum in signal components on the different stages in the paper,the amplitude and frequency variation in the test process is calculted so as to determine the strength and reliability of the material as well as from the obtained experience to judge the health of the material used. It innovatively applies the segment data to make comparisons, accurately locates the specific data segment with structural damage and provides the simutaneous monitoring scheme while reducing the amount of calculation. |
