Title Heuristic algorithm and its application in logistics
Authors Liu, Yan-yan
Abstract The location routing problem (LRP) appears as a combination of two difficult problems: the facility location problem(FLP) and the vehicle routing problem (VRP). In this work ,we take Inventory costs into account and structure a LRP model and using Heuristic algorithm to solve it. Inventory costs is an important part of the construction of logistics facilities, adding it into the LRP model makes the model more Closer to  reality, Moreover, this paper presentes heuristic algorithm steps of the model. As an objective we intend to minimize the routing and location costs. By using Heuristic algorithm we get the facilities Location、transportation costs 、stock costs ,and proof that the method does reduce costs, optimize the layout of logistics facilities and distribution paths, and verify the practicality of the model.
