Abstract With the interest rate marketization, financial disintermediation, quickly spreads that commercial banks in the traditional source of profit to drop ceaselessly, accelerating commercial banks operating direction transition, to intermediate business, it is difficult to avoid the problem of commercial bank. This paper mainly uses the first half of 2012 16 Listed Commercial Bank semi-annual report data for comparative analysis, proposed that our country commercial bank middle service development present situation and deficiencies, the advanced experience of foreign commercial banks, commercial banks of our country future transition put forward positive proposals.
