Title Control System Design of HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel)
Authors Nie, Guanghua; Zhang, Shuai; Du, Xuefang
Abstract In this paper, the High Velocity Oxygen Fuel spraying system principle and composition have been briefly introduced, and technological process of the control system has been analyzed and designed. In this paper, the HVOF spraying control system was designed and manufactured by ourselves. The hardware part is composed of programmable controller K32A3.The software part is adopted, the programmable software of Dynamic C,and the procedures are programmed. This way makes the spraying process more automatively. Especially it has carried on theĀ  analysis to the PID closed-loop control of the oxygen supply system, established the model of control system and given a realization on the procedures.
