| Abstract | This paper deals with research of solidity and reliability of mass customized products in a competitive manufacturing system. The network of hybrid manufacturing systems (HMS) for production quality products with least cost is developed. A case study as methodology and testing facility for bicycles and their parts research of solidity and reliability is illustrated and appropriate conclusions are made.
