| Abstract | The paper reveals the specificity of organizational learning of the teachers in higher education while implementing study programmes. It provides a discussion on questions raised by the disciplines of management and education sciences regarding the challenges and opportunities of organizational learning of teachers. The following research problem is addressed in this paper: what are the factors which influence the organizational learning of the university and non-university teachers how to empower them to develop their educational competencies for successful implementation and continuous improvement of the successful study programme?
