| Abstract | The present paper aims at offering a brief view into the newly provisioned regulationsregarding domestic violence in Romanian Law. With this purpose in mind, the author invokespast regulations and present realities, correlating them with the novelty of the New CivilCode and the last modifications of Law No. 25/2012. The result is a general study that pointsout the main characteristics and instruments employed by the new legal framework incombating domestic violence. |
