| Abstract | An unusual case of Hydatid cyst in pelvis is presented here. This patient presented with symptoms of bladder outlet obstruction (BOO). The cystic mass pressing against the neck of urinary bladder had caused bilateral hydronephrosis and hydroureters (HN/HU).
