| Abstract | Based on changing market conditions and pressureto different companies, the companies need to findstrategic supplier network with the help of value networkto increase more competencies and advantages. Suppliernetwork optimization not only plays a key role to findcooperative network, but also increases more competenciesacross supply network. However, traditional supplier optimization for choosing direct suppliers no longer meet therequirements of strategic supplier network. There exists alink between supplier network and supplier selection. Thus,in order to satisfy the requirements of different evaluationcriteria and business decision, this study proposes strategicsupplier network for supplier selection. In-depth combinedpattern mining is considered first to find the first-level ordirect strategic suppliers. Then extend the whole suppliernetwork, with the help of value network, graph theory andevaluation criteria, the strategic supplier network satisfiedthe needs of supply network is generated. After that, byusing strategic supplier network, companies can select themost suitable suppliers. |
