| Abstract | Information has become an important factor in productivity and strategic resources for today’s social development and human progress. Information Technology (especially its Computer Science-Technology) is one of the worlds most advanced productive forces, which has been continuing to change greatly human society since entering 21st century.Aimed to promote IT’s development, International Association of Information Technology and Applications (IITAA) have been successfully held the 2009 International Forum on Information Technology and Applications (IFITA 2009) and the 2009 International Forum on Computer Science-Technology and Applications (IFCSTA 2009). More and more scholars participated actively in the academic exchange activities, and presented their research results for IT. Some researches and findings in Computer Science-Technology and Applications are selected and expended here: “A Micro-Kernel Test Engine for Automatic Test System” discusses a micro-kernel test engine which is designed and implemented based on the service oriented architecture. This micro-kernel approach decouples function modules to make the test engine kernel independent of the system under test and the test language.“Research on Algorithm for Consistent Fit or Unfit Sorting Sector and Match Measurement between Plan and Environment” gives an algorithm to seek consistent fit and unfit quality sorting sector, and construct a match measurement operator to measure the match degree between each preselected plan and the external environment, where preselected plan owning the biggest match degree is the best plan under this environment condition.“Modeling and Analysis of Security Protocols Using Colored Petri Nets” considers the current main analysis techniques using Colored Petri Nets (CP-Nets) for analysis of security protocols are introduced.“COTS and Design Pattern Based High Fidelity Flight Simulator Prototype System” has accomplished a flight simulator prototype system based on a new distributed real-time simulation framework and non-flight-certified Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions and have proved its fidelity and coordination characters. “A Quasi-Newton Population Migration Algorithm for Solving Systems of Nonlinear Equations” studies a new Quasi-Newton Population Migration Algorithm (QPMA) which is proposed via combination of population migration algorithm and Quasi-Newton method.“The Impact Mechanism of Consumer-generated Comments of Shopping Sites on Consumer trust” aims at studying the influence of consumer-generated comments of the shopping sites on consumer trust.“Research on Ordinal Properties in Combinatorics Coding Method” proposes website keywords seeding system based on internal and external SEO, and provides data structure, operation process and key algorithm inside model.“Web Clustering Based On Tag Set Similarity” proposes a novel method to compute the similarity between tag sets and use it as the distance measure to cluster web documents into groups.“An Application Research on the Workflow-based Large-scale Hospital Information System Integration” proposes a large-scale hospital information system integration solution, it customizes and controls the main line flow to achieve strong connection to the node and work independently as a loosely coupled business systems interface.“Research on the Website Keywords Seeding System Based on SEO” proposes website keywords seeding system based on internal and external SEO, and provides data structure, operation process and key algorithm inside model.“New Algorithms on the Solution to Drifting Problem of GPS Positioning” discusses the approaches of the algorithms adjustment and checking are conducted in the GPS storage location. For guaranteeing the quality of the relevant GPS software and not restricted by data type and source, two new algorithms is designed.“The Fuzzy Neural Network Model of Smart Grid Risk Evaluation Based on Bayes” sets up classification index system about strong smart grid of our country, uses Bayes to reduce indexes and then combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and neural network model to compute the index system.“The Future-Oriented Grid-Smart Grid” researches on the smart grid which is being applied in more and more fields, and based on a new paradigm in the power grid, smart grid undoubtedly represents the mainstream trend of future electric industry. “An Application Research on the Workflow-based Large-scale Hospital Information System Integration” proposes a large-scale hospital information system integration solutions, which use the workflow-based mechanism for MIS development tools as the integration platform, customize and control the main line flow to achieve strong connection to the node and work independently as a loosely coupled business systems interface. “Analysis of New Type Air-conditioning for Loom Based on CFD Simulation and Theory of Statistics” studies main factors affecting effects of loom workshop’s large and small zone ventilation using the CFD simulation in this paper based on theory of statistics. “Predicting Software Quality by Optimized BP Network Based on PSO” predicts the relationship between metric data and quality factors with historical data by using the optimized BP network based on PSO. “An Improved Algorithm for Materialized View Selection” Considers the data warehouse is subject oriented, integrated, nonvolatile and time-varying data sets, which is used to support management decision-making.“The Data Mining of the Human Resources Data Warehouse in University Based on Association Rule” reduces and categorizes features by explorative data analysis, in which special mining technologies and processes are studied.“Research on Money Laundering Crime under Electronic Payment Background” is against Money Laundering. We hope that the readers of this Special Issue could find and would enjoy something, such as the academic ideas, methods and enlightening from the papers in this Special Issue. |
