| Abstract | Due to limited battery capacity of wireless sensor nodes, there is a need to have energy efficient data routing techniques. The sensor network is often divided into cells with the help of virtual grids. Each cell has a head which isresponsible for collecting and forwarding. This technique is efficient in terms of network management, data aggregation and fault tolerance. In this article, we propose two data dissemination techniques for grid based network partition and compare it with existing schemes using simulations inns-2. |
