| Abstract | How to safeguard the quality of service (QoS) for users is an important issue in network computing task and resource reservation is one of the technologies. However, errors such as resource failure and reservation time overlap often result in reservation failure. To address these problems, this paper proposes a resource reservation method, using adjacency list reservation constructor (ALRC) to store all proper resources founded in resource selection phase in ALRC structure; when the reserved resource fails, directly select alternative resources in ALRC to ensure the reservation reliability. According to different reservation strategies, this paper designs a resource reservation algorithm based on ALRC; the related performance analysis and simulation experiment show that this algorithm is effective and reliable. |
