| Abstract | The Virtual Education Centre for the development of expert skills and competencies provides intensive vocational courses (e-learning modules), for (primarily) employed learners who have the opportunity to develop their competencies in small pieces (steps) as part of an overall learning strategy. The well-known higher education institutions all over Europe are providers of e-learning modules, which ensure a multilingual approach and also demanding cultural awareness. The official name of the centre is Virtual Centre for Enterprise (VCE). |
